Tyler Construction teamed up with Lambert Architecture firm to complete the full design process and produce 100% construction-ready drawings. The architectural team coordinated all required civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering consultants to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive design package.

The building exterior was constructed in accordance with the provided elevations, and the interior reflected the supplied floor plans and drawings. Interior finishes were 2’ x 2’ Tegular acoustical ceilings throughout, ceramic tile in all restrooms and kitchen wet walls up to 4 feet, and carpet tile flooring in all areas except restrooms.

Paving and curb work was completed per the provided site drawings and included 107,000 square feet (11,888 square yards) of paving and 4,600 linear feet of curb and gutter.
