Work Description: This project was a renovation of a 6 story office 255,000 sq ft occupied building. Work consisted of demolition of the existing ceilings, installing a new fire sprinkler system, new 2 x 2 acoustical ceilings, replacing lights with LED lights, fire stopping & spray fire-proofing patching, and installing new ceiling diffusers. We added new crown molding and soffits in the Secretary of Transportation’s office. All the work was performed on nights and weekends due to the building being occupied during Monday-Friday work days.
