Work Description: The Humidity Controlled Warehouse included the design and construction of the building to replace a destroyed facility and to create standardization for other similar facilities at locations throughout the force. The building is 38,000SF and includes loading docks, general storage, NIPR and SIPR communications facilities, mapping rooms, printing and organizational spaces. Office and administrative areas are included. Sitework includes creating a mounded pad for the building structure on compacted fill, phased stormwater control for pre-construction, construction, and post construction containment and treatment.

Tyler Construction Group was the prime contractor on this project. We provided project management, site supervision, concrete work, and carpentry work. All performance complied with the contract requirements. Tyler worked closely with the project owners to achieve the quality of workmanship expected and overall provided construction excellence.
