Work Description: Transient Student Barracks is a five story dormitory with a total of 90 rooms. There are 18 rooms per floor. Each floor has its own laundry room and lounge area. The apartments are two-bedroom, one-bath dwelling units with a kitchen. The TSB will house 180 single personnel and is located directly behind the existing 540-student dormitory. The new barracks will be similar in appearance to the 540-student barracks. Also included in the new barracks is an elevator located in the middle, stairways at both ends of the building, a janitor’s closets, utility room, and public restroom.
