Work Description: The Lourie Center operates as a multi-purpose senior center, offering fitness classes, gym equipment, lifelong learning opportunities, and programs in art and culture, while also serving as a community hub for older adults. Tyler Construction, in collaboration with GMK Associates, delivered a refreshed, modernized lobby designed to better support the Center’s diverse programs and welcoming
environment. The lobby has been comprehensively updated with new flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, and an enhanced reception desk featuring class sign-up kiosks. The renovation also includes new light fixtures, secured access doors, a beverage station, and updated counter seating and lobby furniture.
