Work Description: Tyler Construction completed the historic renovation of the
Taylor House, a three-story, 13,000-square-foot facility with a full basement located at the University of South Carolina. The project scope included comprehensive interior finish upgrades, the installation of new ADA-compliant restrooms, and the addition of a LULA elevator. Work also encompassed new and upgraded lighting and electrical systems, as well as plumbing and fire protection improvements throughout the building.
