Work Description: The renovation of the 4th floor Classroom 409 was approximately 3605 sqft. During the renovation the rest of the 6 story building was occupied. Work included demoing out the entire room floor to ceiling and disposing of materials through a trash shoot. We used a HEPA air filter to cut down on dust. We added all new wood and acoustical ceilings & panels, carpet, paint, 3 wood doors, acoustical wall, Saratoga wall trim, wall covering, solid surface window sills, duct work, and electrical. A new HVAC Liebert thermostat and power system was added in the IT room.
